Sound Familiar?

Are juggling work, family, growing responsibilities and peer pressure – whilst your health keeps slipping further down the priority list, if it previously made it on the list at all?

You’re doing everything you need to do for everyone else, but you know you’re not firing on all cylinders anymore. Energy isn’t what it used to be, recovery takes longer, and despite your best intentions, staying consistent with healthy habits feels harder than it should.

You tell yourself “It will sort itself out” — but weeks and months pass, and nothing really changes.

Maybe you’re struggling with:

  • Brain fog, poor concentration, forgetfulness, or reduced productivity
  • Poor sleep, waking during the night, or not feeling rested in the morning
  • Low or inconsistent energy, fatigue, or feeling drained by mid-afternoon
  • Increased stress, irritability, or difficulty switching off
  • Reduced motivation or drive
  • Weight gain – especially around the middle
  • Digestive issues like bloating, constipation, or IBS
  • Slower recovery from stress, illness and exercise
  • A diagnosis of diabetes, cancer or other long-term conditions
  • Starting healthy habits… then falling off when life gets busy

Imagine instead that you:

  • Have steady energy you can rely on throughout the day
  • Sleep deeply and wake up feeling refreshed
  • Feel mentally sharp, focused, and clear-headed again
  • Maintain strength, muscle, and a healthy metabolism as you age
  • Digest food comfortably, without bloating or discomfort
  • Feel back in control around food — no extremes or yo-yo dieting
  • Recover better from stress, training, and demanding weeks
  • Have sustainable habits that fit around work, family, and real life

How I Work With Men

My proven approach helps you focus on what matters most for you right now – not generic advice or short-term fixes.

We look at the foundations of health that become increasingly important as you get older:

  • Energy, sleep and stress regulation
  • Digestion and gut health nutrition that works with your lifestyle
  • Habits that you can maintain long term

Everything is completely tailored to your goals, schedule, and stage of life — because health, particularly as we get older, requires a smarter, more personalised approach.

This is about building a strong foundation so you can feel better, perform better, and stay healthy for the years ahead – without it taking over your life.

Frequently asked questions

How is health coaching different from nutritionists or therapists?

Health coaching focuses on helping clients build sustainable habits, set goals, and stay accountable, rather than diagnosing or treating specific conditions.

Health Coaches have a broad understanding of health and wellness and may share some information as appropriate, but the client will determine their goals and actions.

Who is health coaching for?

  • Busy people who are looking for support on their health journey
  • Those who are ready to make sustainable lifestyle changes
  • People looking to avoid or improve chronic conditions

What results can I expect?

You can expect gradual, sustainable improvements in your habits, energy levels, and overall wellbeing rather than quick fixes. Results vary by individual, but many people see better consistency, confidence, and long-term lifestyle changes.

What happens in a session?

In a health coaching session, you’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and progress while identifying practical steps to move forward. I will help you build realistic habits, provide accountability, and support you in making sustainable lifestyle changes.

How many sessions will I need?

Dependent on what it is you are looking to achieve, we generally start with 8 weeks and look to extend that on to 4 weekly blocks as required.

I also provide a group programme which runs for 6 weeks.

Do you offer online or in-person sessions?

The majority of appointments are now held on-line using Zoom.

How do I get started?

You can book at free 15-minute discovery call to discuss your requirements with me and I will answer any questions that you might have. After that we would agree the number of sessions that you want to book and confirm the booking with a short, signed short terms and conditions document.

What is your cancellation policy?

I know that life can be hectic and plans change. If you can’t make an appointment or need to change a date, I would ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment.

Do you provide medical or nutritional advice?

Working with a Health Coach is not a suitable replacement for seeing a GP or a dietitian.

Our focus is on helping you develop sustainable habits to help you achieve your health goals. I am happy to work alongside medical professionals when addressing diagnosed conditions.

What if I miss a session?

If you sign up for the 8 weeks, we ask that they are completed within 10 weeks. Other arrangements could be made ahead of booking.

Is there support between sessions?

I want to ensure that you maintain the momentum to achieve your goals, so I will generally check in with you once during between sessions via WhatsApp. If you would like more additional support between sessions, then that can be arranged.

You are a Health Coach and a Breath Instructor. Do all your sessions include Breath work?

I would only include conversations regarding breath work as part of the Health Coaching sessions if it was relevant to what the client is looking to achieve as part of their overall health goals. I always work closely with the client to support them in identifying actions that are most suitable to helping them achieve their goals.

However, if someone wants to actively explore this as part of their Health Coaching Sessions, I am happy to do so.
